Saffron is one of the world's most expensive spices and used sparingly typically in paella, curry  and rice dishes in the far east and south america.  I love Saffron so much I decided to play around with it and found that it works beautifully in transforming any tea into a delicious bouquet. 

The rosy undertones and spa style aroma come from the fragrant high quality Spanish saffron threads that I carefully grind and blend into Sensational Saffron. This blend is wonderful also in a simple yogurt fruit dip.
